militants linked to a new terror plot against the united states have been taken out. security officials in yemen say they were killed in an air strike early this morning and reports all of them were part of al qaeda and linked to that new underwear bombing plot against the u.s. former intelligence officials say the double agent who gave up information about the plot also led drones to those terrorists in yemen. >>> would bringing metro to loudoun county bring positive changes or negative ones? people opposed to the silver line extension to ashburn would have -- say it would have a bad impact on life in loudoun. economist dr. stephen fuller says it would abpositive change. at a forum yesterday he said without the silver line, loudoun would forgo $200 billion in growth. >> it's whether or not loudoun county wants to be part of the party and otherwise the outcome is more residential development with less commercial development, a higher tax burden to residents n. is a no brainer. >> i have nothing against dulles rail. i think it should go to the airport and stop there. i don't think loudou
